John Clark comes from a long line of attorneys with over 80 years’ experience and two generations of lawyers before him. John has over 30 years of experience, much of which has been spent handling complex personal injury cases in Illinois and nationally. John’s practice is exclusively devoted to the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, including automobile, motorcycle and truck accidents, premises liability, toxic tort claims, product liability, medical malpractice and pharmaceutical defects, birth injuries, daycare and elder abuse cases. In 2000, he created Clarke CC, LLC, the first firm of its kind outside of Washington, D.C. , made up of attorneys and business people whose common vision is to protect the rights of innocent victims and level the field against deep-pocket corporations. John has worked extensively for victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks and serves as a founder of the 9/11 Victims Group, which has more than 1,300 members.
